Default 02 ram 2500 cummins budget build

Might as well slap a diesel in the bunch here. Its a pavement pounder/tow rig/daily driver, so no lift, big tires, or anything like that. Its meant to be as stock looking as possible. I got the truck for 1900 dollars with 110k on it, blown the fawk up transfer case and a bad injection pump and lift pump.
I got a np241DHD and rebuilt it myself, got a new injection pump and slapped a airdog 100 lift pump setup on it.

I also slapped a quadzilla adrenaline on it for a little more umph! Next i plan on doing twin turbo's, injectors, and building the transmission to handle the extra power. For the turbo's i went with a schwitzer s300g as a secondary turbo and a borg warner k31 for the primary turbo, they are commonly found on series 60 detroit diesels. They should push enough air for 600 streetable hp and 1200-1400 ft lbs torque.

Turbos

For the manifold i went with a pdi 3 piece manifold

I'll update the thread as i gather parts or do any fab work. No kits or pre-fabbed parts are going to be used on this truck, only parts that i fab myself. Kinda like my pathy, budget is key. LOL

Looks good. How much $ do you have into it at this point? Seems like a fairly inexpensive way to get a good work truck

Well.... since i have a shop i do all my labor and get parts at a discount. But i have under 4 grand in it at this point not including labor. I estimate having close to 6 grand in it at the end. Not bad for a truck that can run 12's in the 1/4 and pull anything with ease. Stock, Its worth anywhere from 12-14k tho.
