Default Broken engine bracket bolts

Hiya guys
For a couple of weeks I had some weird driveline vibrations and last Tuesday while driving home, the fan began to hit the fan shroud. The next day, with some light, I noticed that all 3 bolts to the engine bracket (that connects to the motor mount from the engine) were broken off. Now I have to drill out the and remove the broken bolts, and make sure everything is in place. My question is, what could have caused the bolts to break in the first place? There must have been vibrations coming from somewhere, I do have a 1" mml that I installed a year ago and they are the poly bushings that had some extra vibes but nothing out of the ordinary. Once things get patched up, I'll replace the bracket with one from Browndog (and that's pretty beefy stuff) but I want to make sure that I'm addressing the original issue. Any ideas?

Andy, I would imagine that the bolts slowly backed out over the course of the year since you installed the motor mount lift and then sheered off because the mount was loose up against the motor block. My suggestion would be to drill out and remove the old bolts and use some grade 8 stuff with some blue loc-tite this time and you shouldn't have anymore problems with it.
